Worst mortgage ever they don't want to help u they lie about your payments I've paid for 10 years and they wont let me go somewhere else cause they say i have late fees yet they never sent a letter or bill i wish the higher people would investigate this company but no-one cares about the American people i'm going to lose everything. Please, please i beg you if u want a good mortgage company go some where else please they are the worst. Worst ever don't use them im going to be homeless

The team that MCG mortgage was second to none. Help me through a very complicated process. They made the lending part and all of the communications work together seamlessly. Very very happy with my experience.

Charging me an inspection free on a balance of a little over $3000. This account has never been delinquent. We did not choose this company. They bought out the original mortgage company. Do not use this company!!!!!

Since my dad passed I have been trying to get the bills they send to my dads place to where I am (which is out of state) and the first time i called and gave them my dads address, social, and name, they said, okay. Then told me in order for them to change the address I needed the death certificate, and that I can email it to them along with proof that I am the executor of my dads estate. Okay, so I tried sending my proof to the email they gave, and it was invalid. I even asked her to repeat it to make sure I had wrote it down right. So I call the second time and did the same routine like I did on the last call, but the lady said I needed his loan number. Okay??? Absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with. My wife and I made several calls trying to get information on a property that my wife inherited from a death in her family, each call we sat on the phone for 20 minutes or more on hold just to be told that a special loan advisor will call us back within 24 to 48 hrs to let us know what documents we need to send over to get her authorization to speak about the loan. No professionalism, no compassion for the customer and no help. 6 days later we finally get a call to let us know that the special loan department needs the same documents sent over for the third time. Death certificate, will, deed and identification. This place is an absolute joke. They basically have a bunch of receptionist, no one authorized to give out any account informa
