Mezzo of Tampa Palms Apartments

If I were to put the Mezzo apartments in one word it would be “impeccable”. I have been staying at the Mezzo since July, and everything has been above and beyond. The staff at the Mezzo have been nothing but accommodating, patient and considerate. Abby in specific was able to walk me through every step and help me figure out any dilemmas I came across. Therefore I give the team and the establishment 5 stars.

I absolutely love living here. I moved here in November and waited to write a review so I could give my opinion after experiencing the place for a few months. LOVE,LOVE,LOVE it! The apartment size and layout works so well when you have guest and the screened patio is like extra square footage. The complex is quiet, people are friendly, location makes getting to places easy. The office staff, is on another customer service level. They are super friendly all the time not just when you are looking to move in. I went to ask a question one day and they immediately knew my name and what apartment I was in. I have had to put in a couple of maintenance request and that too was a great experience. They inform you via messages who will be doing your maintenance and when it is expected to be done whi

What a beautiful place to live, we have 2 little kids and relocated from out of state and let me start by saying the entire process from app to move in day was seamless, very easy to navigate, and Abby, Jenn, Hayley, and Tiana were all a great help every step of the way. Couldn’t have asked for a better landing place when making a big life change! If you’re looking for a beautiful, spacious, safe, updated community conveniently located close to schools, hospitals, groceries, and everything else you could need, Mezzo of Tampa palms is top of the list!

I Love it here! The location is perfect and close to so much and the walking trail along the property overlooking the ponds is beautiful. I've Finally found peace here at Mezzo! Thank you Tiana for the help in staying another year.

Amazing apartments! Maintenance is incredible. Especially Eric Mogus! He goes over and above what is expected every single time he comes over for a service call. I’ve never had to wait. Very grateful for all he does. Mezzo is beautiful and safe. Great places to walk, swim and they even have awesome grilsl in the great outdoor grill areas. It’s even gated and super lit up at night.
