Metropolitan Park Apartments

We've been staying here for over 6 months here now and the overall experience has been pretty good with a some minor issues here and there. Positives: - Views are beautiful, Water, mountain and downtown, you've it all - Great location, all buses, trains, trams are at walking distance. This is also a downside sometimes, as you've to cross some weirdos on the streets around. - rent is reasonable, at least for first year - John has been amazing at taking care of building and new manager Alyx is trying to get all the things in order - rooftop is beautiful - plenty of secure and indoor parking options at reasonable price Minor issues - both elevators were out of service in May for good 4 weeks, that was rough - having a gym would have been nice. they converted gym to mail room I heard - somet

I've been living here for a couple of months now and I'm really pleased with the apartment I'm in! The property manager Alyx has been amazing and super helpful in the short time she's been in charge of the building, and John the maintenance guy is incredible at completing work quickly. If you're considering Met Park, I'd definitely recommend it as a solid apartment complex with a decent rent. Just know that it IS on a pretty steep hill and there's a fire station down the road so you'll hear a few sirens. On the other hand, it's close to downtown, has a nice park basically next door, and the view is gorgeous!

I had to update my review to give the property a great review! Im coming up on a year at living at MP and it has been pleasant for the most part and especially now with the new property manager Alyxandra Millz who has been making sure that the policies are being followed while also making the staying experience Fun! John and Kiki are also so dearly appreciated! My only suggestion would be to add a Fitness area and cameras to the elevators and in all the parking garages for extra security. The highlight of the building is the rooftop with its stunning view!

Move-in has gone very smoothly and management is responsive and always around at office hours. John is the go-to man for maintenance and is always communicative about pending repairs when I bump into him in the building. Stolen packages have been a problem, but management is actively making improvements to the mail room to prevent this.

My friend lives here and I came to visit her for the past couple of weeks. I feel the need to write a good review after my stay. They had a Valentine’s Day card making station while I was here. I made a couple things to take home with me. They did popcorn on Fridays. Something i thought was really cool was they had a free library. I read two new books while i was here. The rooftop views are crazy gorgeous. Alyx the manager seems to run a really tight ship and John is super friendly too. I unfortunately don’t live around here, but if I did I’d definitely consider this as a place to live.
