If you had asked me to rate this place roughly a month ago I probably would have given it a two star rating. The new management has TURNED IT AROUND. My washing machine had been broken for a few weeks. The first thing Brittany did was open up a vacant apartment on my floor so I had access to a washing machine. She kept me updated and informed throughout the whole process. She was so patient and understanding when I had a meeting with her to discuss my concerns. Some places probably have management that can be dismissive or not understanding but Brittany’s compassion and willingness to help me was truly the best experience I could have asked for. Devon, the head maintenance guy was super responsive and quick. He took the time and effort to really figure out what was going on with my washing
EDIT January 4,2026 Update: It is absolutely absurd that instead of addressing the rampant issues I listed, management’s first move was to scrub their resident database to try and "out" me. To be very clear: I changed my name on this review specifically to avoid the retaliation this office is known for. The fact that you spent time cross-referencing my profile against your "resident system" proves that you have plenty of time for private investigations, but zero time to answer the RentCafe messages and emails you’ve been ignoring for months. Since you want to play "fact-checker" in the replies, let’s talk about your "clarifications": • The Garage: Counting 20 mirrors doesn’t change the fact that the layout is a cramped disaster and residents are forced to spiral up to levels 3–6 while the
I’ve had an amazing experience living here!! The customer service here is top-notch — the staff is always friendly, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure any issues are addressed promptly. They really make you feel like a valued resident. One of the highlights of this place is the breathtaking views of the river. Waking up every morning to such a beautiful sight is something I’ll never take for granted. Plus, the location is perfect for concert lovers. It is so convenient to enjoy live music at Live Oak Bank pavilion right at your own place! It’s definitely a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere. Overall, this is a fantastic place to call home, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great living experience with stunning views and a lively community.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Jasmine. She spent nearly two hours walking with me around the community and took the time to thoroughly explain every detail, answering all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone who is so dedicated and attentive, and her professionalism truly stood out. Jasmine made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel comfortable and reassuring. I can’t recommend her enough
I really hate writing negative reviews, I honestly cannot remember the last time I have. We are charged a non negotiable $70 internet fee and the internet is regularly out for hours at a time (12 hours and counting for today’s outage). We are not allowed to choose our own provider, a lot of residents work from home and have to waste PTO due to the constant issues. When it is out, half the time we get an update email, half the time we don’t. I need the emails because my job is starting to lose trust in me due to how often it is. The phone number to the office often does not work and it leaves you on a loop with the phone menu. This just leads to a breakdown in communication which makes every issue worse. We have false fire alarms multiple times per month day and night. We just stay inside
