Metropolis Apartments

We absolutely love living here! The location is super convenient, and our apartment is very quiet. The building is very clean and well maintained. The office staff are fantastic—super friendly and quick to address any concerns. Thomas was amazing when we had an emergency recently. Maintenance is prompt and always gets the job done right. The community is wheelchair-friendly with paved walking areas. It’s dog-friendly, safe, and has a welcoming environment. The monthly activities are fun. Our apartment is spacious open, which we love. There is a parking garage available for a fee, with free parking around the outside of the buildings. If you take a tour because of my review, please tell the office staff—you’ll love it here!

Metropolis was nice until they switched management. After that, it felt like the parking situation took a DRASTIC turn for the worse and corporate greed took over. They made abrupt changes to parking policies forcing residents to pay extra or risk not having a spot….or worse, get towed and owe hundreds more. This is dishonest, and management feels entitled to do so by saying that they’re charging the same as other communities in the market. The difference is that those communities clearly list the cost of parking in their leases. This is a crazy money-grab. I referred 2 people to this community only to be told the referral bonus wasn’t available, and then days later I received a mass email inviting me to refer a friend for a $2,500 bonus (lol). I had the opportunity to tour Metropolis Apartments recently and was very impressed. It's clearly a well cared for building, with lots of modern amenities. The leasing consultant was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, taking the time to walk me through the property and answer questions. For anyone searching for a quality apartment community that pairs a great living environment with excellent on-site service, Metropolis is well worth a visit.

Metropolis is a beautiful community. I have lived here for over 2 years and have had zero issues. The office is so understanding and helpful. Maintenance is very prompt and consistent to fixing your issues. They provide amazing amenities that bring the community together. I highly recommend.
