Nina at Metroplex Apartments is the GOAT. Seriously, she made my entire leasing experience smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. Her communication was flawless—always friendly, patient, and thorough. She went above and beyond in ways I know most apartment complexes don’t, making the whole process feel personal and supportive. When I moved in, the apartment was spotless—every surface was clean and well-maintained. In the past, Ive had to do an exhausting deep clean before moving in, but not this time! Shoutout to Lily, who cleans all the units, for doing such an amazing job. I hope Nina and Lily are WELL-paid! Nina truly made this experience amazing, and I can’t recommend her enough. Nina, you helped me put a roof over my babies head, and that means the world to me. We were in a crunch

I moved out of this property, and I have nothing but great things to say. From the beginning of my lease to the end, management was consistently professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. They were always willing to help with any questions or requests, and communication was smooth and efficient. The property itself is beautifully maintained; clean, quiet, and safe. Landscaping and common areas were always kept in great condition, which really made it feel like home. Maintenance was reliable and quick to resolve any issues, usually within 24–48 hours. Overall, my experience living here was outstanding. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed and comfortable place to live.

I’ve lived here at 2 different points in my life. Once in 2021, and currently. My experience has been amazing! Everyone in the office is so kind, as well as maintenance and the pool monitor! If there’s anything that needs to be fixed, any pest issues (which can happen anywhere, especially apartments) they fix it right away. They are always super responsive and kind. The property is always clean, and so are the facilities. My neighbors are all kind and courteous to everyone around them. The area is quiet and peaceful aside from the occasional car doing donuts in the mall parking lot across the street. (We’re car people, so we don’t mind.)
