I’m in the process of relocating from Canada and Miles has been such a HUGE support in this transition! Communication has been quick, transparent and incredibly considerate. Super excited to be moving into the building.

Best property management we've ever experienced and we've moved tons across states and countries! If you're tired of impersonal property management who don't care about such an important event in your life like moving to a new city, look no further. Aaron, Angela, and Victor treat you like a person, not a tenant. The management here is trustworthy, down-to-Earth, and do everything they can to make your move as smooth as possible. Plus the unit is impeccable and we couldn't be happier!

Metro Line Flats sent a $200 move-out fee to IQ Data International, a debt collection agency, without ever notifying me. It was reported to the credit bureaus unfairly and caused unnecessary stress. Extremely unprofessional.

Lived here for a year and just had to re-new my lease! Highly recommend! -Always clean building -Easily accessible -Beautiful rooftop -Never any problems with deliverys -Amazing, helpful, communicative, fast management and Matinence team -Beautiful modern spacious updated units -Budget friendly -Walking distance to convenience stores, food spots, gas & bus stops! -Street parking is easy to find daily There’s even coffee, tea and sometimes snacks in the lobby! There is a system where often residents give away unused furniture, cookware, fun little items, and even food to other residents! I feel the management really cares about their residents as well! I recently moved into Metroline and have had a great experience so far. The current property manager, Brandon, has been incredibly accommodating and very responsive to any questions or concerns I've had. Whenever I have had an issue, he has promptly sent over maintenance, and everything has been resolved in a timely manner. The neighbors who I've come across are very quiet and friendly, which has made for a peaceful living environment. We are lucky to have such a nice view from our unit. Overall, I am very satisfied with my decision to move here and highly recommend it, especially for those who work in the area.
