Metro Walk at Moorefield Station - Lofts

We bought a Toll Brothers home last year. The house itself is beautiful, and the community is great. No complaints there. The loan company, on the other hand, was a nightmare. They are useless, make the process far more complicated than it needs to be, and after taking their cut, they end up transferring your loan to Truist anyway. Working with Jacob and Jeff Douglas was especially terrible despite being told multiple times to direct everything to me, they went behind my back and contacted my husband’s employer. That level of disregard and unprofessionalism is disgusting. Toll Brothers builds fantastic homes, but their loan company is something I would never recommend. Avoid them at all costs.

One of the best properties in the neighborhood. I have visited other properties in the area but nothing can beat this one. The build quality is just awesome. My entire process from selection to closing was all amazing. Avoid knutson, Van meter, Tripointe or any other. All they do is fancy model home which is nothing like what you actually get when you buy.

GREAT customer service and follow through. Willingness to work with you and their professionalism really made all the difference here for me. Not to mention the absolutely gorgeous homes and the community out there!

Top floor is awesome. Other floors have acoustical issues.
