My father is a tenant at 7800 Shorefront Parkway and has been dealing with a very furstrating billing issue with Metro Management for well over a year. He pays the EXACT amount listed as his responsiblity under his Section 8 contract. However, Metro Management Development continues to adjust the Section 8 portion on their end and then charge the difference back to him, causing his account to appear in "arrears." When this first happened, we tried to get the issued resolved but were instead threatened that he would lose his parking privileges if he did not immediately pay over $2,000 in alleged arrears. This is an unreasonable demand for a senior living on fixed income, but he paid it to avoid losing his parking. Unfortunately, a year later we are still dealing with the same problem. We

The PM at my building in bayside, never responds to my emails concerning Carpet rule for our COop, why have bilaws if your not enforcing it and the board dont give a shit. I have sent 20 emails and constantly ignored.

This place seriously needs to be audited. If any condo you're shopping for uses them, stay far away. Ive had to deal with them for 3 years its actually insane. Consistently getting worse and worse. Will randomly cancel auto pays with no notice resulting in late fees, the most complicated and obscure ways to pay, always changing, never available to help, miserable employees so even if you get a hold of them you get transferred 3 times then hung up on until it's the end of the day. Just more trust fund babies trying to maximize profit.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Metro Management and Jimmy Goldstick concerning their management of a building on Roosevelt Island that they recently acquired. Despite knowing about an emergency, a very necessary repair concerning mold in a shower, they have made no attempt to address these issues. Their negligence in maintaining a safe and habitable environment for residents is unacceptable. I haven’t been able to use my shower for 2 days. It’s clear that their priority is not the well-being of tenants, but simply collecting rent. If you’re considering renting or investing in a building managed by these people, don’t. As they show no real commitment to managing the property or taking responsibility for its condition.
