Roger told me we would meet with me to see an apartment. He kept on trying to change the appointment throughout the day. He then waited until I arrived at the appointment on time to text me that he couldn't get in and canceled the showing. While on a broken foot, and had to rearrange my schedule to see it at the appointment time. Do not use this agency under any circumstances, especially if they can't give common courtesy to potential clients.

Roger has been extremely patient, friendly, and kind throughout the whole process for my fiancee' and I renting a condo. Been calling Roger for the past three weeks. One time he answered, i told him what am looking , he asked me to send him documents now he doesn't answer none of my calls or text. He posted two apartments that am very interested in but they pick & choose who they want.
