I've lived in Metro Crossing for 2 years and plan to stay. As a college student this is such a great spot to be. I love that I am not in the busy downtown area, but still feel like I am still getting the college experience. It's so nice having on-site management around the clock in case we ever need anything. I would recommend this place to any college student!!

This community was purchased by new owners two years ago. During the transition a number of the amenities were closed down so that they could be upgraded. There is now a full time on site management team to provide great service for our residents. Don't rely on years old google reviews! Call or visit and judge for yourself!

Metro was awesome under Rooney but is going downhill with new management. The Rec room has been closed for 6+ months and study rooms are frequently locked. The free wifi doesn’t work. Rent goes up each year for a tiny apartment and there are additional charges for transferring units.

Toured it with my girlfriend, we were looking for a nice, more modern place to leave while going to school at the UW. The workout Room is very underwhelming, the Guy who gave us the tour and whom, to my understanding, was the landlord, was a complete dick. One of the rooms we toured smelled funny, and all 3 rooms we saw had very odd layouts with giant kitchens that made the living room area tiny and crunched for space, and the bedrooms were also small. All in all not even close to worth the price they are asking.

Lived in Metro for two years. Building is nice, but very cheaply made. For the price you pay and the demographic (mostly college students), you would expect pretty decent WIFI. However, WIFI can be VERY spotty. Also, parking can become an issue where you have to find street parking if you return to the building past 6 or 7 pm. On the plus side, maintenance seemed quick when needed. Electric bill was always very good.
