Metro at Showplace Square

Arguably the best value apartments in San Francisco! I recently moved out after 15 YEARS (!) as a very happy tenant (probably the longest in their history). The current onsite property managers, Layla & Stephen -- as well as the broader team of support staff -- are absolutely the BEST, in terms of wonderful personalities AND competence (and the prior teams were very solid too). The large, well-kept internal garden courtyard is a beautiful, quiet sanctuary, the gym is a bit small but well-equipped & convenient, and the Design District area is one of the best in town. There are also a LOT of excellent restaurants in the building and within a block or so, great shopping within just 1/2 a mile or so (e.g., Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Costco & Safeway), easy guest parking in the neighborhood, an

Nice, clean, well kept and managed place. Awesome location that comes with parking and no extra amenities I don't need anyhow and would not want to pay for, such as community areas, game rooms or a big gym. (I am at a gym with 2 pools, don't need to pay for another one). Therefore the rent is very competitive.

This place looks amazing i would like to live there
