Metro Appraisals

This company has no idea what they’re doing. States nothing was updated on a home in 15 years. Every room of the home had updates. All appliances were brand new, all light fixtures... just about everything in the home. He was either blind or just lazy when he appraised the home. Also said it was a standard market. 9 offers in 2 days all above asking price I think not. Find another appraisal company and run for the hills. Metro is a joke.

If you hope to take advantage in a real estate property related engagement and have no scruples about getting a biased property appraisal to do so, this is where you want to go. Metro Appraisals even contradicted their own earlier appraisal of the very same property when it was appraised the second time while it was in better condition and in a much better market for the second appraisal in order to cater to the target value assumption of the bill paying client. The consolation is that since the Metro Appraisals bias is so blatant and the appraiser they sent doesn't have active licensed appraiser certification status, their appraisal is useless. Why would they send an appraiser to do the second appraisal that doesn't even have an active licensed appraisal certification? Wouldn't a profe
