This is my second time using Method Real Estate Advisors and had another very positive experience. Agent Miya Lewis guided me through the purchase of my house then, when I needed to sell it less than two years later, she guided me through the sale. She consistently offered sound, experienced advice and patiently explained each step of the process. One remarkable aspect is her ability to present realistic expectations and outcomes yet also maintain a positive outlook with forward-looking solutions. The excellent communication throughout the buying and selling processes resulted in smooth transitions and well-prepared closings.

We bought a house located in Decatur, 30034 and I had already signed closing on the morning of 09/02/2025, yet she (Rasheeda Shears) kept me waiting from 11 AM until 5 PM before finally handing over the keys to my new home. Now, more than a week later, and after numerous attempts to contact her, the property is still listed as “pending.” This has caused unnecessary delays and made it extremely difficult for me to update the listing and rent out the house. The lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. I would not recommend working with this agent as my experience was very frustrating and she was unprofessional.

Maggie was incredible. Knowledgeable, dependable, supportive. She made an intimidating experience selling our house a breeze. Always available and encouraging in a tough market. Made everything work.
