I’ve had a consistently positive experience working with Metco Investment Realty in Springfield, Oregon. Their team is professional, organized, and very easy to work with. Communication is clear and timely, and they follow through on commitments reliably. What stands out most is their problem-solving approach and focus on long-term relationships. They are kind, approachable, and respectful, which makes collaboration smooth and efficient. It’s clear they value professionalism and consistency in everything they do. Overall, working with Metco Investment Realty has been a reliable and enjoyable experience.

Brittany and Kim were absolutely fantastic in helping me get my place. Not only was the price on point, but the place is wonderful and I love it. The staff were friendly, kind, and thoughtful! Thanks for all your help and I would definitely recommend them!

My experience with Metco was very disappointing. The treatment was terrible, especially from Kim — she is far from professional and has a very unpleasant attitude. I hired a professional cleaning company, did pressure washing, and even paid for window cleaning to make sure the house was spotless. I left the property in much better condition than when I first rented it, and I have photos as proof. Despite all of this, they still deducted money for “cleaning,” which I consider a scam. It is clear they will try everything possible not to return your money. Renters should be very cautious with this company.

Update! We purchased our rental home using Metco, Matt was great helping us through the process! We didn't think home ownership was in our future anytime soon, but Matt hooked us up with a Mortgage lender that made our dreams become a reality. He also worked closely with the homeowner working up a deal that was too good to be true, but it was! Original post: I’ve had Metco as my property manager at 2 different properties. They are super easy to work with, anything I’ve ever needed they’re prompt to take care of it. I moved out of one of the rentals and got most of my deposit back. When the time came 5 yrs later, we needed a new place and Metco was the first place I looked because of my previous experience. Really great communication throughout the application process, best and most affordable HOUSES (and apartments) in lane county, friendly staff, and accessible office space. I’ve been renting from Metco since October and it’s honestly the best rental experience I’ve had. Haven’t needed to request maintenance on any part of the property but the process seems simple and clear.
