Met Tower is a well-maintained high-rise in downtown Seattle with newly renovated amenities, quick maintenance service, and a great location near the Amazon Spheres. The renovation took time, but the result is one of the better amenity setups in the city. Location & Safety: Located in the heart of downtown Seattle, right next to the Amazon Spheres, Met Tower is in one of the safest pockets of the city. Despite being downtown, it’s rare to see more than a few homeless individuals passing by over long stretches of time, which is impressive for the area. I've lived here for a year now and still loving our apartment! It's typically hard to find spacious apartment at a reasonable price in Seattle, but Met Tower really offers great value for what you are paying for! The location makes it easy to get to anywhere in the city. The newly renovated amenities are wonderful. It's quite convenient having a big gym and a lounge you can reserve for your private parties. The indoor pool and hot tub (and sauna!) are so nice to have especially after a long day. The staff is always friendly and are quick to address any issues or questions. Looking forward to another year at Met Tower!

My wife and I lived in Met Tower for ~2.5 years and we absolutely loved it. The amenities are top-tier, the staff was both friendly and attentive, service requests were completed within 24-48 hours, and the monthly events were great. The location of Met Tower is perfect, it in in a quiet, safe pocket of Seattle and a 10-15 minute walk from Pike, Cap Hill, Stadiums, etc.. To all the staff and especially Kyler, Brooke, Jordan, and John - thank you for making Met Tower feel like a true home!

For context, we have lived for many years in downtown Seattle apartments, generally 2-3 bedroom penthouses. Most of these buildings were great places to live. A few were exceptional and a few (like the Met Tower) were poor. Apartments - 2/5. The recently remodeled penthouses have nice moulding and high ceilings, non-penthouses less so. A few key issues: (1) few ceiling lights and none in bedrooms - even with plenty of lamps, apartments are DARK, especially so in the winter. (2) Lacking basics, e.g., oddly, management advised we were “not authorized” a toilet paper holder and told we had to buy our own water filters for the refrigerator. (3) LEAKS! While our apartment ceiling did not leak, our neighbor’s ceiling leaked for months - they accepted a bucket in their living room and a small r

I stayed at the Met Tower as a guest, in their guest suite and it was such a great time. The amenities in this community are fabulous and just what you need in order to take some time to relax. The rent here feels very reasonable for city living in Seattle, and the staff are absolutely professional and informative. If I wasn’t on a work trip and wanted to live in the city in Seattle, I would 100% lease here.
