Never in my life have I dealt with such immaturity, unprofessionalism, carelessness, dismissiveness, and disrespectfulness than with the head of this company, Mark Messbarger. I would give 0 stars if I could. He could not care less about his tenants, and he’s directly communicated that through his words and actions.

Where to start with this wonderful company. For one, Kaitlin and Amanda have been amazing for us! This company not only cares about their tenants, but their owners equally and really try hard to make sure it’s a wonderful experience from the time you start with them until the time you move out. The hands-on approach makes you feel like you couldn’t pick a better company for property management. Our entire stay was not perfect and we hit a lot of bumps on the road, but they were all over it with care like their family was living in the house. So proud to work with the company like this and know the good people are still in this world. Thank you for a wonderful experience! I will recommend this company to anybody that ever asks 💯

I've had a great experience with Messbarger Property Management. Kaitlin, who I've worked closely with the most, has been incredibly responsive, kind, and professional. She is always quick to follow up whenever I have a question or an issue. Mark, who handles maintenance, is just as fantastic. He's prompt, efficient, and always friendly whenever something needs fixing. It's rare to find a team that genuinely cares and makes you feel supported as a tenant. I'm really grateful for how easy and pleasant they’ve made everything!

This review is on behalf of a family friend. Their AC unit stopped working during one of the hottest days of the year, and unfortunately, Mark has been unresponsive and dismissive when contacted about the issue. This level of disregard is unacceptable. Tenants deserve better communication and support—please do better.

One of the best property managers I have ever rented from. Kaitlin is the best! She is very professional. She always answers any questions you have within 24 hours. Mark is amazing if something goes wrong. You will normally get someone out to fix or repair your request within 24 hours.
