They don’t plow their properties. Makes a hazard for everyone, and makes the sidewalk impossible to traverse for disabled individuals.

Pro: a sizeable cheap apt. Cons: building is infested with roaches, mice, and bed bugs. The exterminators they hire are the least effective I have ever seen. The maintenance personnel made unwanted sexual advances towards me while alone in my home. It takes a month to have any of the ineffective "maintenance" done if they even send anyone at all.

They don't take care of their properties (even their own storefront is a blighted mess from the sidewalk), and only seem interested in a quick buck at the expense of the neighborhood. It's a shame they control so many properties in Germantown-- properties that could be great, under different ownership/management. Please do better.

My mom gave them $100 for two credit checks. It's been a week and they still didn't get back to her. When she called, she spoke with the woman who works there (Eastern European woman ) and she was very rude to her and said "don't call me, I will call you" and still didn't give her an answer as to if she was approved. My mom is starting her new job in 20 days and needs a place and they are keeping her in limbo. I don't recommend them at all.

All they want is money they don’t fix anything, poor Virginia is just a liar and they change property managers every other month and they are all schemers. They used to steal my mail, the worst company ever! I lived above the rental office and still couldn’t get repairs done also that address isn’t even listed for residential purposes so the front office has access to all of your business it was a nightmare for 6 years! Please don’t waste your time
