Mesquite Terraces Apartments

I had a great experience with the leasing process at Mesquite Terraces. The entire process of getting my apartment was smooth, professional, and very well organized. The staff was helpful and made everything easy from start to finish. Not to mention, the apartments are absolutely beautiful and well maintained. I’m very excited to be moving in and truly appreciate how simple they made the process. Highly recommend Mesquite Terraces to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I had the pleasure of meeting Isabel today for a scheduled tour. I made a same day appointment and Isabel was so welcoming. She is a lovely person and very hospitable. The tour was wonderful. All of my questions were answered and she gave a thorough walk through of both units I viewed. The outside area of the complex is nice and tidy and the community is quiet. The amenities were a nice bonus as well. From 24 hour access to the gym down to the community lounge area that included a pool table and much more, it was a very nice bonus. I am overall pleased and so happy I made the decision to call and set up this tour! Thank you again Isabel for making me feel right at home.

DO NOT RENT HERE! It is the worst place I have ever lived. From 2024 to 2025. * The security deposit and even the smallest thing: they will nickel-and-dime you for every detail. * The staff is rude and degrading. Manager Ros. (and the signing experience): * Ros was the one who helped us sign the lease. The first impression was that she was nice. After signing, the nightmare began: * Moving Issues: One Saturday, the apartment door lock was "blocked" (according to them). I couldn't enter my apartment for the entire weekend and had to pay for a hotel. The phone number they designate as "emergency" is actually useless for emergencies. * Cockroach: There is a presence of cockroaches in cabinets of the kitchen and cabinets of the master bathroom. * Non-existent Communication: They never r
