I have used Patrick for multiple projects inside and out of my house. His work is amazing. He responds to questions and problems very quickly. I am having carpet installed in a small room. Patrick personally went to the carpet store and sent me pictures of several carpet scraps large enough for my room. Then he personally delivered it to my house. Great Christian family business.

It was okay. The house is livable, but I have a feeling the real estate agent at the time was working behind the scenes with the original owners, to do some shady practices. House came with bad plumbing problems. None of these problems were present before we bought the home. Lesson learned, always get your home inspected!

We were Patrick's first barndo build. We lost our home during the Feb 2024 wildfires and finding a builder was getting difficult. We wanted to stay local with a builder. The communication between us was great and Patrick worked with me and made what I saw in my head a reality. Any bumps in the road he handled and we stayed pretty close to timetable. We love our home and are thrilled with Patrick and Jonna. They are great people!

Our home burned down in the Panhandle fires, one of the things I missed was sitting on the porch with family and friends. Once we had a new home, i wanted the porches. Patrick Pilapil stepped up - provided me with drawings of what I wanted and provided estimates and was so very fast to get those items to me. His prices were very reasonable. Once a date was set, he was there getting work done, every night the crew made sure the work area was clean. I am so impressed with my porches - I know they will withstand the wind in the Panhandle and time. The quality of work, materials and final product are top notch.
