Mesa Vista Apartments

I moved in a year ago and have a positive experience every step of the way. Hugo is amazing he helps us a lot was always there to listen to us such a good guy … It’s extremely quiet, the pool and and playground are well kept. My apartment is very nice. Any issues I had regarding maintenance is addressed within hours and fixed the same day. The maintenance staff are very helpful..

I love my apartment, it is one of the most spacious apartments I have found in Fort Worth for the price. I think the rent is as fair as it could be, others I looked at cost more for less square footage. I couldn't ask for a better property manager than Hugo. Hugo always has an ear to listen to any problems there might be and the maintenance crew is prompt to fix any issues that may arise. The property is also very well maintained. The entire properties staff is always very polite, friendly and respectful. Because of Hugo and his staff, I give this property 5 stars.

So I’m new to Texas and I must say I love my apartment complex as a whole. The space in the unit is lovely! It’s a quiet area, friendly neighbors and no crime activity. Hands down for our Maintenance team🥰 they always respond in a timely manner to work orders, they communicate with the tenants on reference to the work order. Every time they come they are always respectful and friendly! The willingness to correct the issue without is everything. The upper management Hugo is WONDERFUL, he believes in chances and always reflects a positive attitude no matter what the situation is. I’m glad I found Mesa Vista I’ll be a proud resident until I find me a home to purchase.
