Recently visited family in this property and I love how clean and peaceful and calm it is! The neighbors all seemed very nice and friendly and they all mentioned how great it is within the property! I also got to meet the property manager Herlinda and she is amazing! Super friendly, professional and she is just a sweetheart overall. I love that they are dog friendly and offer a lot of extra things! Great complex!

After living here for a couple months by far the best decision made. Not only is the upkeep on this property always impeccable along with beautiful and scenic agriculture but also management does a stellar impact when organizing community events that brings people together. Shout out to Linda for always going above for the residents of this community thank you!

My husband and I lived here for almost four years and are so grateful for this place! Such an incredible value for the price, and the best place on the market for Vista. The best part about Mesa Gardens, though, were the people. The staff were always friendly and eager to help if we had any issues. Huge shout out to Ignacio who helped us out with our maintenance requests several times - not only was he extremely helpful in fixing anything that needed repair, but just on a personal level he was extremely kind and we'd always say hello and try to catch up a bit any time we'd run into him around the complex. Also huge thank you to Linda, who helped us tremendously throughout our moving out process. We wish Mesa Gardens, Ignacio, and Linda the absolute best, and are so grateful to have called

I moved from the East Coast to Mesa Garden Apartments 3 years ago. I had to do the whole process virtually so I wasn't sure how it was going to be. But I couldn't be happier. It is dog friendly, has great amenities, is super clean, well maintained, and is in a great location! Definitely recommend.
