I have been living at Merriwood apartments for almost 12 years, and I can confidently say that it has been a wonderful experience. The community is not only welcoming but also well-maintained, making it a great place to call home. One of the standout features of this complex is the exceptional management team. Martha and her staff are always friendly, approachable, and genuinely care about the residents. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure that any concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Their dedication to creating a positive living environment truly sets this place apart. It has been a pleasure to live at Merriwood Apartments over the past few years. The manager Martha is so helpful with anything I need, all of the staff is very friendly and the maintenance staff fixes any issues immediately and keeps the grounds very clean. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking to rent.

10/10 would recommend! I loved the Merriwood apartments compared to their sister neighborhood Oxford square apartments during my stay because Martha was the embodiment of great customer service. So kind and makes sure service is done in a timely matter. I know first hand the difference between the 2 communities and the merriwood out shines by far, the maintenance guys where respectful and did their jobs tidily. I can’t say how many times I’ve complained about a maintenance man making a mess in my home and not cleaning after themselves but not in this community. Absolutely no need to second guess moving here.
