Merrimack Landing Apartments

I’ve been living at Merrimack Landing Apartments for almost 3 months now, and it’s been a great experience. The home is comfortable, the neighborhood is safe and pleasant, and the leasing team—Jenny, Amy, and especially Keyana—has been amazing. Keyana, who has been our main point of contact, is incredibly helpful and always responds promptly to emails, making sure everything is taken care of smoothly. We’ve also had a couple of maintenance issues, and Nikko and Williams were quick and efficient, resolving everything with ease. I truly appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness, and kindness of the entire team. It’s made settling in feel effortless.

Amy, Leah, Ro, and Kayla from the leasing office were extremely friendly and helpful. Leah and Amy were saviors with how much they helped me, since I've never moved or been on my own before. They answered my questions really well, were always quick with their responses, and were SO patient with me every time. Moving is always stressful but they took the edge off. My unit is really nice- the walls were painted and neat, the carpet was clean, etc. But it's the customer service that really sold me. I only gave five stars because ten isn't an option.

I can’t say enough good things about Amy at Merrimack Landing. She has helped me every single time I’ve been there, and I truly don’t know what I would have done without her help in securing the apartment for my son. Amy always goes above and beyond, no matter the situation, and she genuinely cares. She is extremely professional, reliable, and patient, and she always makes me feel happy, comfortable, and satisfied with the process. Her dedication and support mean so much to me. Merrimack Landing is very lucky to have someone like Amy

Highly recommend Merrimack Landing for a home where office staff are responsive! A huge thank you to Amy for being responsive and extremely helpful when she is needed! She is professional and friendly and ALWAYS goes by company policies but will guide you through any difficulties you have without breaking the rules, which I appreciate! Thank you Amy, you are a gem! Along with all the other staff! Thank you all!
