Several repairs needed to be made. I hadn't lived here two months. Its out dated. I still need repairs. Some are the same that were done when I moved in. They need to be done again. But I love the quiet neighborhood. You cant tell you live in a city. They do not hold heat at all. My electric bill has more than doubled, its only the beginning of January. All in all, I like it here.

Property Management Is Kind And Very Active About Their Tenants. From The Walk-through, To Signing The Lease. They Showed Nothing But Kindness And Respect. To Me The Complex Is Quiet , And Very Clean

DANGEROUS! INFESTED WITH BLACK MOLD and COCKROACHES!!! Management will lie and tell you they’ve remediated these problems and that the bad reviews are old but they are LYING. They cover rotting walls up with caulk and paint to trick people into signing leases. They know the apartments are toxic, they know the air is unsafe, and they do nothing but threaten tenants who try to get out. They don’t care if you get sick. They don’t care if your kids or pets breathe in mold every day. They just want your money. This place is a rotting, roach-infested trap run by people who have no conscience. Rent here if you want serious health problems, endless stress, and a property manager that will gaslight you every step of the way.

BEWARE‼️ “0/5” stars Black mold is present even in carpet, the unit is not properly insulated holds a lot of humidity in warm months which will expose the mold and is very cold in the winter. They will delay getting the work done and when they do come around to it they’ll cover it up to make it look good. Do a proper walk through look for previous water damage, musty smells and bubbles in the paint, yellow walls or ceilings if you see any signs please turn around you will lose more than just your money which they will fight not to compensate in anyway Other than that i do like the area its quite and low traffic, parking is good although it can be difficult as people will park in front of your door. Convenient location but management are liars, apartment full of black mold they had to cut a section out the wall in bathroom and covered up the black mold that's just one section in the apartment.im sending pictures to housing authorities and city of salisbury and mayor and news station.
