I have had a great experience with the management team here. Specifically, I want to thank Terry, the Assistant Property Manager, for her professionalism and for taking the time to truly listen to our concerns regarding our rent. It is refreshing to work with someone so attentive and accommodating. Additionally, the leasing office made the process of adding an individual to my lease incredibly smooth and straightforward. I highly appreciate the efficiency and clear communication of the entire staff!

We toured the apartment with Stella and she was phenomenal. She informed us all the important things we would like to know without us even have to ask, we left feeling satisfied with the tour and ended up canceling our other tours and applied at Merrifield. During the application process everyone was so helpful, Stella and Rahel went above and beyond to make sure our application goes smoothly. The communication is top notch, they would immediately call and inform us what documents are missing etc. They are always friendly too. We have moved in, and only 4 days here and we absolutely love it. The environment, the cleanliness, the amenities, and the staffs are all so amazing. We’ve been living here for a while now and recently decided to move into a 2 bed apartment. The whole move was incredibly smooth, and a big shoutout goes to Rahel, our leasing agent, for making everything so effortless. She’s been super patient, responsive, and really helped us find a unit that fits us perfectly. The community itself is great — it’s quiet, clean, and feels very safe.
