Merrick Manor

Just renewed my lease for an additional year. Very nice boutique building that is a welcome contrast to high rise living I moved from in Brickell. The building is kept immaculately clean with on site cleaning service 7 days/week. Units have contemporary furnishings and though some college students live here the building is relatively quiet and peaceful. Great staff attentive to all requests. Convenient location to an upscale mall, Trader Joe’s, Lifetime and Equinox gyms, Metrorail and Trolley stops.

this building is the textbook definition of CHEAP. low quality & low price. if you want the least expensive option in Merrick Park, (under $3000 rent per month) try living here for a year and see how you like it.

We enjoyed the last year renting in the Merrick Manor. The head manager Elaine Velasquez was instrumental to our enjoyment and helped us in so many ways that she is just a stand-out manager. There was never a question she didn't answer or a problem that she did not help with. Just a super nice person. Yadrian Romero is the other manager and he was always helpful and kind. They are always there on site literally with an open door. We had a lovely 2 bedroom apt on the 9th floor that has a very high ceiling. The gym, pool and lounge are never crowded and super nice- and the new building is the cleanest that I have ever seen. The apartment itself was very quiet, but there can be noise from the street.

We wanted to express our gratitude for the excellent support we received by the Merrick Manor team while purchasing our new condo. Buying a home/investment property is one of the biggest decisions in a person's life. Stephanie, Janette, and Patrick made the whole process stress-free, provided us with terrific advice, and excellent customer service. We were impressed with their extensive knowledge and high efficiency. It was a pleasure working with them. We love this beautiful building and are delighted to join the MM community. Thank you!

There is a lot of false 5 star reviews that are reviewing the Merrick Manor mall across the street. This is highly misleading. You will notice the ‘negative reviews’ on the Merrick Manor condos/apartments are actually the reviews rated thumbs up helpful multiple times. Beware!! How the managment treated me during the awful time I lived here was not ok. Seeing there has been no accountability in their replies but to continue with robotic “whitewash” how amazing the place is. Or say the review name does not match a current or past resident. Validates nothing has changed. I truly hope this review helps save someone from making a painful mistake.
