⭐ 1 star I purchased a home with Meritage Homes, cherry creek at haw river and my experience has been very disappointing. From the six months, we started noticing multiple issues that clearly reflect a lack of quality control in their construction process. We have experienced cracks in the walls, plumbing problems, bath tub defects, and even poorly installed siding, all documented with photos. Despite reporting these issues within the warranty period, Meritage Homes has been slow, unresponsive, or ineffective in addressing them. It is frustrating to invest in a new home expecting quality and proper support, only to deal with a company that does not deliver on its promises or stand behind its warranty. I would not recommend Meritage Homes to future
