Meridiana SUBDIVISION

The HOA personnel make owning a home in Meridiana unnecessarily difficult, particularly Kellie Currier - Administrative Assistant. Interactions with her are consistently frustrating as she has such a nasty attitude. She is dismissive, defensive, frequently talks over homeowners, does not actively "listen" to concerns, and has disconnected calls during conversations. Most of the miscommunication due to her lack of knowledge and inability to listen effectively. Addressing the simplest issues becomes an unpleasant experience with her. If it were possible to give zero stars based solely on the headache of the experience with her, I would. Please keep the HOA adminstration in mind when choosing somewhere to call home.

This is an amazing community to consider for all different price points and builders. Some exceptional builders here continuing to develop sections of homes to meet so many buyer needs. And the amenities are hard to beat on the south end of Houston.

I live in Meridiana and it's a beautiful, very well designed, friendly and peaceful place to live. Been here for a year now and loving it! You can walk, or jog easily and see many others out doing the same. Families, young professionals and retirees are here. Excellent schools as well. Beautiful, well kept grounds and amenities. Minutes to Pearland, Sugarland, Houston, Friendswood. Don't take my word for it, visit our community and see for yourself!
