Meridian Terrace Apartments

After living here for almost three years, I am incredibly grateful for my experience. The building is peaceful, quiet, and overall a very safe place to stay. Street parking in the area is convenient, and the garage is very affordable if you prefer covered parking. Management is highly responsive and proactive. For example, they recently replaced the laundry machines promptly, and communication regarding planned maintenance is always timely. Most importantly, the year-to-year rent increases have been very fair. They are accommodating to tenant needs, and I would have stayed longer if not for outside circumstances.

After 1 year: peaceful and quiet, good location, and great property manager. we’ve been here 1 year and several friends have moved into the apartment complex too. we haven’t had any problems After 2 years: Lived here happily for 2 years and now we’re sad to be leaving! Jaynie is a kind, attentive, and efficient property manager and she truly cares for her tenants. Not to mention the units come at a phenomenal price!

I lived at Meridian Terrace for two years before moving out of state for a new job opportunity and I really enjoyed my time living there. The building is well-maintained, it’s quiet, and Jaynie (the property manager) was really responsive and helpful throughout my time living there. A lot of the tenants stay long-term and I can see why!

Make sure you get everything the property manager Jaynie says in writing, she will switch up on you so quickly for her own convenience and willfully attempt to break Seattle tenant law assuming your own ignorance. Never allow her to only verbally communicate, request everything in writing. She cannot be trusted and will be condescending when you try and correct her.

I only lived at Meridian Terrace for 4 months but it great while I was there. It is quiet, reasonably priced, and Jaynie was very helpful.
