Meridian Rentals

Just called about a couple questions and services that they offer. First answering the phone was very short and seemed upset that he had to answer the phone. Think I'll take my business elsewhere.

I Called today (Saturday) at 10:46 am. (I wasn’t sure of their hours at this point just thought I’d call to see if they had what I needed for the weekend) this was the Exact conversation between me and the gentleman that answered the phone. Me: “Hello, do you have a concrete saw that you rent out?” Him: “Well I have one” Me: “ok so do you rent it out?” Him: “I do when we’re open” Me: “oh you’re not open right now????” Him: “well I close at noon so if you can get here and use it and bring it back by noon you can rent it”. Holy smokes, this was hard lol Not sure why you don’t rent over the weekend when ppl can actually be home to do the work but that’s your prerogative. However the odd/rude way you conduct your phone calls should probably change.

Great place to get anything with a small engine fixed, very friendly.

Drove to Kearney to rent elsewhere because of the man's attitude!

Ordered my parts and had them the next day
