Yeani in the office is EXCELLENT. Seriously so assertive, fast with everything and genuine. Maintenance really cares and does a great job. Area is safe, and security patrols in the evening. I love living here, I found my forever home

I honestly should’ve went by the reviews. The best thing I can say about the complex is the unit has space. But maintenance is slow. The office blames me for something I had no control over. I don’t have roach problems in my apartment. Thank God. But my refrigerator is broke and I know they are going to want me to pay a full months rent. I’ve called 3 times for those problems. I already have to replace a fridge full of food. The residents don’t follow directions by the emails of the trash compactor. I’ve only been here since January. And I only got in here because I called and they told me I got approved. Never an email saying congratulations you can be a resident. Those floor plans on the website are not what you’ll get. There is no balcony/patio. You can only use the internet provided. Y

Staff constantly quits, rent is way too high. The hallways and stairs are disgusting. Maintenance takes weeks to fix anything. Stealing is rampid. My packages we stolen outside my front door. Worst place to call home. Way too many problems.

My mother has lived in these for a long time, apparently since she moved in there's always new management making personal decisions with money from resident payments, when it comes to cable or fixing central air problems, etc. Florida is a hot state, it should be a crime to keep seniors on horrible conditions. My father is bed ridden an just lost a leg, to live in such conditions, and unprofessional treatment. I feel bad for seniors who just want what they pay for, actual air on a hot day, my mom been with no ac for three weeks and all they get is false promises with staff that seem to not know what they doing, or don't want to actually fix what they being paid for. As a concern daughter, I have no choice but to contact a serious person in charge, What an abuse of power. Seems like seniors

I highly recommend never moving here. I wanted to give it no stars. Management is ran by a rude female. I think she hates her job from the way she acts. Girl just quit. The apartments is roach infected no matter how clean you are. The appliances are trash ...stove and refrigerator always went out. A/c stayed going out . I had to threaten to call code enforcement just for my ac to be fixed. They have security for no reason because my car was broken into . They have cameras set up that don't even work. I got some many things i can say about these apartments . The only good thing about it is you can save money cause the rent is cheap as hell but it's not worth your sanity. I rented for a year and will not renew my lease. They have no upgrades on nothing everything is old and wore out which w
