Meridian City South

I recently moved into Meridian City South, and my experience has been excellent so far. From the very beginning, the staff made the process smooth and welcoming. Everyone has been incredibly friendly, professional, and informative. I especially want to highlight Paris—she went above and beyond to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and ensure I felt completely comfortable with the move-in process. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Liz, the property manager, is also doing an outstanding job leading her staff and maintaining the community. The community itself has been quiet and peaceful, which I really appreciate. I also feel safe knowing that security is consistently monitoring the grounds—it adds an extra layer of comfort.

I have had a great experience at Meridian City South. The staff are friendly and professional, and Liz does an excellent job managing the property. Paris has also been very informative and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. It’s clear the office really cares about the tenants. The community is clean and well maintained. I like that it feels peaceful with lots of trees, almost like you’re outside the city, but still close to 288, the Beltway, and the Pearland shops. It’s also dog friendly, which is a big plus for me. I’m glad I chose to move here.

My fiancée and I have been great tenants for over a year with no complaints, and we even renewed our lease just days before our washer broke. Instead of promptly fixing or replacing it (as the apartments are advertised with washer & dryer), management sent maintenance out multiple times just to “reset” the washer, even after we made it clear it wasn’t working. They then delayed for over a week, blaming the wait on the washer being under warranty and that legally they had to wait — something that has nothing to do with us as tenants. A replacement was only offered after we requested compensation, and even then, maintenance forgot to turn the water back on, leaving us without a washer even longer. I’ve been living at Meridian City South for a little over six months, and I’m truly pleased with my experience so far. Since the new property management team has taken over, there have been noticeable improvements throughout the community that make me proud to call this place home. Liz and Paris, along with the entire team, are incredibly attentive to the needs of residents and always approachable. Mr. Tony in maintenance is excellent—any time I’ve had an issue, he’s been quick and efficient in resolving it. The landscaping has seen great upgrades, and Diondre does an amazing job keeping the grounds clean and well-maintained. The community feels safe and secure, with visible security presence.
