They held my deposit with no explanation for months. And I finally did a survey now they acknowledge it and told me they held it for paint. MIND YOU I LITERALLY PAINTED THE UNIT AND HAVE PROOF I DID. And what apartment do you know charges $300 for paint? This was the icing on the cake though. The management at this complex was so careless while I stayed there. They don’t care about guaranteeing peace for their residents. I promise I’m the most unproblematic person ever. Hence why I tried to paint a great condition unit. I was only in for a year? I’m sure we all heard this story with apartments before, but this is so dishonest I decided to take court action. Sooooo I say pick your battles wisely. You definitely get what you pay for at this complex.
