I really enjoyed the community paint night. The entire staff was extremely friendly, and it was great meeting other people in the neighborhood. Events like this truly help build a sense of community.

*TOUR BASED REVIEW* - all my own opinions! As someone working on relocating from the Midwest, apartment hunting in the DMV has been SUCH a stressful experience- and after reading insane horror story reviews at 90% of the apartments in this price point, Meridian Bay was so refreshing! It appears to be a well kept and reasonable complex where you’re seen as a human being rather than just another person whose wallet that corporate can suck dry. I’ve done lots of research and this place seems to steer clear of all the major warning signs of a bad management company. May was such a joy to tour with as well- so friendly and personable! Feels like someone I could pop into the office and chat with easily if I ever needed something. I truly hope my job search ends up landing me in Woodbridge so I

This leasing team is amazing 🙏🏽 from touring to moving in and now as a resident. They are all so kind and accommodating. Shout out to the maintenance team as well. Super responsive and also really nice. Very happy to call this place home.

Property manager responds in a timely manner to any problems/concerns I may have with my apartment. Maintenance team are very professional in handling the maintenance issues.

From the moment I first toured the property, she was extremely accommodating to my time constraints and made the process smooth and stress-free. She has consistently gone out of her way to make sure every question I’ve had is answered quickly and thoroughly, and every request I’ve made since moving in has been handled with care and efficiency. It’s rare to find a place who truly listens and makes you feel like a valued resident, but May does exactly that. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail make all the difference.
