I’ve lived here for over a year now and I could not recommend this place less. I could write a book with details about how horrible this place is but I’ll make a short and sweet list for those who are seriously considering living here. 1. Water damage to many apartment balconies. Here are some pictures and these have been broken for over 6 months. 2. Water damage in my own apartment under my sink after the garbage disposal broke. Picture provided. I have asked for them to have a professional look at the mold now growing there to which they have yet to respond. NOTE: don’t expect any work orders to be done for at least a week. 3. Non Functioning Gates or doors. These things got put in before summer and I have yet to see them all actually work. DO NOT LIVE HERE! The new management has received 35 reviews since they have taken over almost 9 months ago. 31 of those 35 reviews were negative 1 stars. Shady and unprofessional in my opinion. If you don’t believe me look at all the horrible reviews the apartment complex has been receiving since the new management of Druker and Falk took over in January. Ignore all reviews before January 2025, that was different management and they were amazing. This month alone the apartment complex received nothing but one star/ negative reviews under the new management of Druker and Falk. it’s sad to see they have not made any improvements in the time that I left over 7 months ago. I've lived here since July '25 and love the place! I feel that the community is very well maintained and it seems like the management company is constantly working to do upkeep on the place. The staff is quick to address any issues that may arise, providing an excellent level of customer service and care. Megan was my leasing agent that helped me through my original apartment search and she is super personable and passionate about her job! I'd recommend to anyone.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE “WAITLIST”. They told me this waitlist was going to cost money but it was holding a spot for us and when we no longer want that spot or they do not have availability that we would get refunded the largest fee ($350). They also told my roommate something very similar when she called a different day and spoke with a different person. I go in today to withdrawal my application because of all the bad reviews and they are saying they no longer can refund the $350 for this “waitlist”. If they tell you something you better have them write it down and sign a sheet of paper or record it because the management does nothing about this and will not take accountability.

I am not one to write reviews, but I have to say living here feels like falling on a thorn bush and then the management in charge throws acetone on the cuts. I’m pretty sure this place is the closest you can get to an active warzone; you’re fighting to live but they keep dropping bombs on your happiness. Make sure not to decorate your place too much, because you’ll be taking it down sooner than you think.
