This place is trash!! I’m a 16 year old and the rent is too much for ONLY TWO rooms. They don’t fix anything here even if you were to tell them, they WILL steal your money by lying how your still “missing” rent 😂. These apartments are FRAUD AND TRASH, the people working there are nice but they don’t care about your house, they only care abt the money. Don’t move HERE, that’s how bad it is here. I hope they see this because there’s so much wrong, on the other side they don’t even look good 😭 everything is falling apart and inside looks even worse, it has mold and trust me they DONT clean anything, they say they will for new people to move in but trust me they won’t. If I could give this apartment 0 stars, I would. Roof leaks, wall leaks, faucet leaks, no locks on the back door, roaches, bed bugs, no parking after 8pm. Noisy neighbors, incompetent maintenance person, 6 cars in line for the gate to open, gate breaks every 3 days, pool not open when it's supposed to. People dealing drugs right by the gate. I literally had no heater or hot water all winter. Someone broke my glass door on purpose. Broken glass always on the parking lot. Trash bins so full you literally have to put your trash on the side of the dumpster. 1 yr contract ! Steer clear.

worst apartment ive ever stayed in. if they try to put you in apartment 209 dont move in there. its mold infested, mice infested, and holes every where. mind you i have 2 small girls that was constantly breathing in the mold. told ms.joana about it but they never came to fix it. we fist got the apartment in Nov, 2017-Nov, 2018 the whole time me and my family was there we didnt even have a working oven. they claimed they ordered us one but apparently it takes more than a year to get anything fix in that ran down apartment

Please avoid this place! These apartments are disgusting and moldy. I was held up at gun point in the parking lot along with a friend and they stole his car all in broad daylight. I wish I could give it 0 stars because that's how sh*tty this place is.
