Do you like the sounds of planes (low flying passenger jets), trains, and automobiles at all hours of the day? How about false fire alarms (extremely annoying and persistent building-wide sound) at 5 AM on a weekend? An air raid siren that randomly goes off almost daily right outside of your windows? The business owner across the street also, apparently, doubles as a traffic cop because he’ll put little notes on your car if he doesn’t like where you parked. One time I was listening to a drunken band playing their music and screaming in the building right next door until 3 AM. I had to repeatedly bang on their wall with a broom to get them to stop. Do you want to pay $3250 a month to listen to this grand cacophony of annoying sounds? There are no keys in this building, you have to open all

I’ve lived in this building for ~6 months, and while I never write reviews, I feel this one is necessary. On the surface, the apartments look great: faux hardwood floors, white “granite” counters, stainless steel appliances. However, I’ve noticed the finer details seem to have been overlooked. First, I want to acknowledge what I truly appreciate: –Maintenance response is fast. –The Supers are very friendly, approachable, and hardworking—easily the best I’ve had. –Custodial staff keep hallways consistently clean. That said, I’ve experienced several issues in my apartment over time: –Some of the outlets had spackle in them, which I had to scrape out. – Living room and bedroom windows had dead bugs and possibly nesting material. –The edging throughout the apartment isn’t sealed, so spills c

They delete or hide negative reviews. My husband wrote here about problems we are facing while living here, such as acoustic situation. Definitely doesn’t worth living here with children, cause every 30 minutes you’ll be hearing something loud (train, airplane, loudest sound of siren from the neighbouring building almost every day) and definitely doesn’t worth its price. He can see his review, but people who could benefit from this information don’t see it. Why google let this happen though? Maintenance is good btw.

I love my apartment, Nicholas has been amazing from the start to the end . Nice quiet building , nice neighborhood, I just wish we had amenities. But the building is beautiful.

Amazing management. The living in this place is perfect for someone who’s looking a calm and quiet place to live. Management is quick with fixing problems.
