We when first moved in everything seems to be all good. Seen family living here and it seems like a very easy way to get to know your neighbors. The landlord seem to be easily talk to when there was issues. But once we moved in it was really not that way. Neighbors will call the the cops for the slightest noises during the day even though they are making loud noise. Unhoused people will enter the building and sleep in the stairwell and do drugs. And the landlord will tell you one thing and do another. When asked for something it take the forever and or you will not get it. Seen landlord come and go. The Bellwether Housing is just another slumlord. Doors to the building get broken from the unhoused trying to get into the building.
