Mequon Trail Townhomes

for context we have been living here for 3 years now. CONS: awful plumbing and insulation in units; lower level will be freezing and upstairs will be sweltering hot. plumbing seems to be constantly backed up, and you're not allowed to use your hose because "the pipes are so old". speaking of which, all of our pipes have frozen at least once every winter here. the turnover in staff is crazy so they must not be paying or treating their employees well. snow removal, or lack thereof, is a problem; definitely don't expect the front walk or driveway to be shoveled by the time you need to leave for work! communication regarding inspections and general happenings can be spotty. PROS: i have nothing bad to say about the office staff, although it's hard to get to know most of them before they end up

Excellent place to live all the way around. The managers and leasing consultant are extremely kind , helpful, caring, knowledgeable, attentive , accomadating and welcoming!🙂👍 Unique, phonominal 1~story townhomes, with no tenants above you ,and end units are also available, with private type patios . Very beautiful, peaceful scenery. Nice and quiet and private. Very safe complex community. High ceilings, very bright with lots of huge windows and a big sliding glass door. Beautiful new flooring and an outstanding lay out. Private 2~car attached garage with garage bins to just roll out of garage, so it s very convenient. Private mailbox 📬 with no keys necessary . Maintenance gentlemen are kind and very helpful and welcoming. The neighbors are friendly. Has very nice tennis 🎾 a

We moved here mid 2024, since the beginning we have had problems after problems. The first week we were here we did not have ac. I continue to have problems with the apartment. From carpet smell from previous tenant, to my pantry door falling off, to the overgrown tree outside that attracted bees which stung my 5 year old who’s allergic. They do not take any accountability when it comes to updating the apartments and just blame the tenants. Our rent is 2,130 a month, it is not worth paying that much with such an outdated property. Please do not make the same mistake that I’ve made before moving in, ask to walk through the apartment they want to move you into and make sure EVERYTHING is up to date.

On short notice, Alison was able to make visiting a few units possible. She was friendly, very informative, and best of all, allowed me the space to look around without feeling pressured towards making a decision. Worth the drive out to come and see!

I’m very disappointed with how the management treated my sister during a very difficult time in her life. She has been going through a lot personally and tried her best to communicate and work things out with the office. Instead of showing any understanding or trying to help, they decided not to renew her lease and keep telling her to leave by the end of March. It’s really frustrating to see a management team show so little compassion for someone who lives there and is trying to get back on her feet. A little understanding and communication could have gone a long way, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case here. Very disappointing experience.
