Menemsha Townhomes

I've lived at the Menemsha Townhomes for 6 years now and I absolutely love it. I was very impressed with the area and also that it's so quiet. We have an amazing Landlord and maintenance service. If there is ever an issue with anything, whether it be on the property or inside our homes they work till its resolved. I am very happy with the upkeep and maintenance of our property and units. It's a beautiful area and neighborhood for my children and I to call home. Our neighborhood is truly more like a community and one big family.

AMAZING!! We have never lived anywhere that was so peaceful, clean, and well up kept!! The grounds are always well maintained! The neighbors are friendly and courteous. They speak to you as you pass by. The townhomes come furnished with washer and dryers, dish washers, and even microwaves. If you were to have any issues inside your apartment, they would address them very quickly. The maintenance man is very polite, knowledgeable and reliable. He will respond to your call in a quick manner and get the job done and get it done right. The office manager is a real sweet lady that will do anything that she possibly can to help you if you need her. She also is very knowledgeable and very reliable. I have lived at Menemsha 9 months and couldn'tbe more pleased.. The property manager is great, any problems she will take care of them accordingly;repairs are taken care in a time appropiate manner. The grounds are kept clean, noise levels are respectful, wonderful neighbors. Overall, it is a nice place to live and property manager and maintenance are great people.

I have Menemsha 5 stars. I have lived here for 8 years with my 3 granddaughters and we couldn't ask for a better community to live in. The manager makes sure the property is kept clean and safe. She also sees that work orders are handled in a timely manner. I would recommend this beautiful, safe property to any and everyone

I just recently moved here in September and I absolutely love it! Christina and Tommy are so very helpful and genuinely care about the tenants and problems they’re having. The property is well kept and clean and it’s always quiet, especially at night. Moving from somewhere where screaming was happening all hours of the night, it’s a welcome change! I’ve recommended the property to multiple people. I definitely look forward to mine and my children’s future here!
