THEY WERE STILL CHARGING ME RENT AFTER I MOVED OUT. I can honestly say Memorial Fountain is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. I lived there for 8 years, and watched it slowly go from quaint little community to an outright slum. After they unceremoniously fired the longtime property manager in 2020, there was a revolving door of managers who displayed clear signs of sociopathy until I finally decided to leave in 2024. One misread a bill and threatened to have me evicted if I didn't pay a $10 water bill that wasn't due for another 4 weeks, and the last one started ripping up the carpet in front of me after I had moved out and claimed she saw dog urine stains in a spot that had always been occupied by a large piece of furniture and that she would charge me. I just moved here and lovee my new apartment! It is beautifully renovated, and very spacious. I love all the extra cabinet space and huge patio. This community is small and private, and the manager is really sweet and helpful too. Definitely recommend!

Review of Apartment #247 Living here has been a nightmare. The laundry room is right downstairs, and it’s constantly loud — people come in at all hours making absurd noises, fighting, or even singing. It feels like there’s no peace or privacy. On top of that, the building has a cockroach problem that never gets addressed. I’ve brought these issues up to management, but they completely ignore me and clearly don’t care about residents’ concerns. If you’re considering moving here, I would strongly advise against it. Bad bad bad, It's the worst 3 months in my entirr life, don't live here It's a trash, Neither me or my son feel safe in here. 1- No electricity for 4 days 2- Every other week we have an issue with water, no hot water no cold water, broken pipes, no pressure water,etc..... 3- The apt smell stinks, I spent hundreds to get ride of the smell. 4- The ceiling was leaking and they came to check the problem after an hour and half.
