10/10 finally was here a year almost and released the staff to the maintenance crew are so kind and so freaking sweet! I feel so safe here, i love my neighbors and how quiet it is i know i lucked out! the building is older so yes its not a new build but its gorgeous layout and not to mention next to the highway fast commute to work and target right next door! Madison and the girls at the front all need massive raises lol! anytime i had a issue it was quick to get check and quick to get fixed! Thank you for making living here fun and amazing.

Check out Memorial Creek Apartments the best location in the metro. Close to all major roads and highway where you can be anywhere in minutes and surrounded by great restaurants and shopping and movie theatres. Madison and the entire staff are the absolute best!!! Very professional and knowledgeable they will treat you right. Great apartments and maintenance does a great job throughout the entire property to assure you will be well taken care of. Please stop by and see for yourself you won’t be disappointed.

Apartment area is okay, lots of racing on that highway at night. the Apartment in general I would give about 2 stars. From the beginning I had problems, My Ac never ever worked, I was told I couldn’t use a window unit either. They did nothing about it, my apartment sat at about 80 degrees for months. Maintenance Will take literally WEEKS to come fix a problem if they even fix it. They will say your maintenance request is complete but never do anything at all! My washer broke and it took them 12 days to bring me a new one, When they did bring the new one it was one from the apartment right across the hall, not sure why it took 12 days. One night my dog was barking while I was asleep and security came to my apartment, turned his back towards my door and kicked until it woke me up (triggering

They honeypot you in the door but don’t be fooled. This place is a nightmare. The apartment is not structurally sound. The apartment is loud and creaky and the bad neighbors make it worse. These apartments are cold in the winter and too hot in the summer. The pso bill is crazy. Ugh . I regret moving here so much. I have really good credit and could have moved anywhere else and I am sorry I didn’t. 0 stars atp fr. I could go on about the “ valet trash” and the “non smoking” policy or how dog crap sits around in piles but if you leave your trash bin out for 30 minutes longer than regulation they will take it and you have to pay to get it back after the first time. I have many regrets. Moving here has destroyed my peace.

I’ve been living here a bit over 2 years now. This place has been nothing but a good experience. I personally have never lived in a place better than this. One of the reasons we moved here is because though it’s in Tulsa, my kids get to go to Jenks School. Which they love. We never have any homeless wandering around. I feel safe here. It’s spacious, never had any bugs, which is amazing for Tulsa. In most Tulsa Apartments, you have to bring your own washing machine and dryer. But not here: Laundry room (both washing machine and dryer) was already installed in my apartment, and within 2 years never broke or gave me any issues, and I use it everyday!
