Kathleen, the loan officer at this location, and Janel, the branch manager, are real gems. Kathleen has helped me immensely with financial counseling, and I am at a point where I feel confident in my finances. In ways I did not even think of, Kathleen was able to condense problems during a harder time, and get me to this point. Janel has always been helpful in the interactions I’ve had with her throughout the years. I have applied for two loans with her, one during harder times, and one more recent. Both times were smooth and easy: likewise my experiences with Kathleen. While I love this location, I do wish there was a location closer to the original branch I joined at (Ann St). I left USAA of 13 yrs because Members First offered quite the perks or so I thought. After 2 yrs of banking with Members First Credit Union and how they handle business I wouldn't recommend this Credit Union to anyone. Their perks are just gimmicks to suck people in. Don't fall for it! If you want accurate pay dates and stability in when your check arrives Don't Trust Member First with your Financials. Pay dates change because policy and they're always trying to come up with some bogus get paid two days early bullshit and then take it away without notice. Then leave the member hanging and they Treat Veterans like garbage.

The staff is always in a great mood! They are willing to express empathy and actually help with any problem you may have! I literally live 40 minutes away from this place, but it’s well worth it to experience such great professionalism!
