Inquired about rental property but was told by Melvin that I would have to pay $395 for an agent to check rental properties and that they do not send MLS listings of rentals. I understand that alot of people have been put out of work but to tell someone who is looking for rental that they would have to do consultation and pay $400 to agent instead of sending MLS listing is insane.
