DO NOT RENT HERE these people give out the units full of damage then want to charge you thousands for damage that was already there, breaking your lease will cost you thousands$$ im currently sueing the company for lieing about damage I have videos of all damage on move in! Always record when you move in! Anywhere.

Prior tenant here . During Covid we had reserved the pool . The day of he tells us he gave the pool access to someone else . He not only told us the max amount of people but then told us we cannot have more than 5 which we planned for more. While the other family already had 7 people there . We had a recent covid dead and couldn’t make rent but were protected by the federal rent bill during pandemic . Mauricio yelled at my mother saying how she’s not even a tenant because we was not caught up in rent . We literally missed a month and even got approved by the bill to cover rent costs but this guy is a piece of work and the worst person to manage the apartments. Initially I dreaded relocating and moving from a house to an apartment, but after I visited Melrose Apartments in 2017 when I was in the process of trying to find a suitable apartment I was right away impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of Marcell the property manager who patiently answered my questions and assisted with the paperwork. He made the transition go much smoother, and I haven't regretted moving here. It's just a wonderful place to be. The apartments are nice, clean, with many closets and also having a pool around the corner which is always well maintained and taking care of is great. If any type of maintenance needs to be done, Marcell always respond quickly and expertly. My maintenance needs are completed within the same day or next day. he is courteous and

The manager is a cool and friendly guy. All the residents are easy to talk to. Bill paying and maintenance requests are easy and done online or through an app. Quiet neighborhood. Family oriented. Perfect place for kids and people of all ages. I like that you need a key to get inside the buildings. Makes it safer for the kids and people living in the community. Everything you need is around the corner.

I called looking for a 2 bed room for my kids and I. I was told that they wouldnt rent to me because i had kids and the 800 sq ft apartment wouldnt work when i asked to see it i was declined the opportunity.
