Lorena was super unprofessional. I had an appointment set up with her to go look at a rental property. She forgot and ended up FaceTiming me to give me the code and enter by myself. I open the lock box and the key wasn’t there, she had to call someone else to find out they left it on top of the electrical box. Upon going inside the house it was fully trashed with soda cans, tortilla chips and food on the counter. I still applied for the property anyway. When she followed up with my husband she began prying into mine and my husbands living situation. Judging us for our decision to go from buying back to renting. Scolding him that he’s making a mistake and asking personal questions and admitting she was just being nosey now. I don’t know who she thinks she is but this isn’t the type of perso
