Just over ten years ago I contracted with Mike Mallory at Medina Lake Realty to purchase a waterfront property on Medina Lake. He was very helpful and respectable. Just a few years ago I contracted with him again to buy five acres a few miles away. Once again, he was very helpful. Several months ago I decided to sell the five acres on my own. After a couple of bites but no sale I decided to enlist the help of Mike and his son Matt at Medina Lake Realty. Well, it did not take but a few weeks after the listing went live on their page that it went under contract. I just closed on the sale of the land a few days ago. The customer service was great the responsiveness was great We were very impressed.
