The grounds are always immaculate, and their apartment are modern, spacious, and well-maintained. The amenities, are always clean and a joy to use. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. But Mary truly makes this place shine. She's incredibly professional, genuinely caring, and always goes the extra mile for residents. She's approachable, responsive, and handles everything with a smile and remarkable efficiency. Mary's dedication makes living at Medici feel like being part of a real community. If you're looking for a wonderful place to live with outstanding management, Medici is it, and Mary is the reason why!

This is not a negative review on the apartments. A tenant named Daisy has an apartment at the entrance. She told me I could park against her garage doors daily, and it wouldn't be towed. There isn't any parking in the street. She lied, people, if you plan on visiting these apartments. You will probably have to park a few blocks away. Good luck!

I can't say in words being honest does payoff I had a situation with management while my nephew was moving I totally got upset and got angry at the staff I apologize to them and I also admitted that I done something wrong against them and I came forward and fixed it they were so polite and understanding about the whole situation one particular person that stands out her name is Sade she deserves the biggest apology I could give her when I went to visit her with my problem she was so polite and understanding she made things so easy I hope someday she gets recognition for her good work not to mention the entire staff that works there they have a lot on their hands dealing with a lot of apartments they're so busy they keep up on top of things and they do a good job that's very important you h

thefts, car break ins, kids kicking/banging on doors, never any parking, water is shut off for maintenance so often but management could care less about a complaint yet have so many extra rules to follow.

Visiting here on vacation and can say these are very nice and well kept apartments! Parking is convenient, quiet atmosphere too. Only negative are the elevators...small, bad odor and if moving NOTHING will fit in there! They need to make them bigger and remove those dark carpet panels! Otherwise the place is great!
