Medical Center Court Apartments

I absolutely loved my stay at Medical Center Court Apartments! My experience with this apartment complex has been outstanding. Lawren, Jeanae, Alex and maintenance team consistently go above and beyond to help with anything I need—from signing a lease remotely while living in another state, to taking care of my car when I had to leave it in the parking lot without a permit. They take every concern seriously and resolve any request immediately. The apartment itself is incredibly cozy, and it stays wonderfully warm during the winter. The proximity to the trail makes the location even more perfect, offering both convenience and a great environment for outdoor activities. I truly highly recommend Medical Center Court Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable home with exceptional staff

This place breaths professionalism and kindness. My son and his girlfriend initially signed up for apartment reservation, however there were changes along the way, which were met with a promise from Medical Courts staff to work on making these changes. While we decided to go with a different McKinley property due to better proximity to the North Campus, our experience with Shivon and Zony was great, they were responsive, punctual, and curteous.

Having been a resident for the past two years, I can confidently say that my experience has been suburb with Medical Center Court! Not only was it affordable on a graduate student budget, but also maintenance and the leasing office made me feel welcomed, safe, and they were all extremely responsive whenever I had a question or needed something fixed. I've never before experienced such great communication with an apartment community! Zontise and her entire team are a joy to work with and for a good chat :) Furthermore, the apartment is conveniently located by bus stops, the Huron River, Argo Park, and other trails for walking/running. I recently stayed at this apartment and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with their maintenance and cleanliness. The maintenance team was prompt and efficient in addressing any issues I had, which gave me peace of mind as a first-time traveler to this country. In addition to the timely maintenance, the apartment was extremely clean and well-kept. The staff clearly takes pride in their work and it shows. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone in search of a clean and well-maintained living space. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I couldn't be more grateful for the sense of security and comfort it provided me during my stay. Thank you!

Great location to med campus, easy walking to downtown, tons of parks around make this great spot! Otherwise, the apartments are on the older side, get pretty hot in the summer (ac isn't great) but maintenance has been positive! Great location for grad student / med students
